Thomas Shaffer

Thomas Shaffer began their career in 2012 as an IT intern at Anderson University, where they managed data collection and implemented a new help desk ticket system. Thomas then moved on to Chamberlain University in 2015 as a Technical and Simulation Support Specialist before transitioning to Resultant in 2018. At Resultant, they held multiple positions, including Technical Support Specialist II, Systems Administrator, Engagement Lead, and Technology Manager. Thomas'smost recent role was as the Director of IT at Flexware Innovation since 2023. Throughout their roles, Thomas demonstrated strong IT leadership and management skills, implementing best practices and driving strategic IT initiatives to support organizational goals.

Thomas Shaffer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Anderson University in 2015.
