Caroline Scherrmann

Caroline Scherrmann is an Avocat Associé and Partner at Flichy Grangé Avocats, a leading firm in social law recognized by both French and international guides. With extensive experience in labor and employment law, Caroline has been part of Flichy Grangé Avocats since 2010, transitioning from Counsel to Partner in 2017. Prior to this, work experiences included positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Clifford Chance, as well as internships at DGCCRF and the International Labour Organization. Caroline holds multiple advanced degrees in law, including a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Essex and a DEA in social law from Université Paris Nanterre. Additionally, Caroline co-founded L&E Global, an integrated platform for labor and employment law with leading independent law firms worldwide.
