Elspeth Dick

Elspeth Dick has a diverse work experience history. Elspeth started their career in 2007 as a Product & Process Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, where they worked on manufacturing process development and the design of automated testers. In 2009, they became the Director of Science and Mathematics at KAIS International School, responsible for designing the curriculum, teaching various classes, and organizing extracurricular activities. Elspeth then worked as an Applications Developer at Statistics New Zealand, where they developed and maintained electronic questionnaires and handled database scripts. Elspeth later worked as a Web Developer at Dog Digital before joining Ackama (formerly Rabid Technologies) as a Full Stack Developer and later a Senior Web Developer. Currently, they are the Head of Software Engineering at Flick Electric Co.

Elspeth Dick obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Canterbury, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Elspeth also holds certifications as an AWS Associate Developer from Kryterion (obtained in 2017) and as a Microsoft Specialist in Programming in HTML5 with CSS3 and Javascript from Microsoft (obtained in 2013).
