Ashleigh Conwell

Ashleigh Conwell is the CEO and Founder of Yellow Falcon, a company dedicated to empowering women to embrace resilience and confidently write their future since March 2023. With extensive experience at Flight Centre Travel Group since April 2014, Ashleigh serves as the Global Employee Experience Project Lead, and has held various leadership roles including Global Marketing & Brand Development Leader, and Marketing Implementation Manager. Ashleigh played a key role in the Womenwise initiative, which focuses on promoting gender balance in leadership through events and mentorship. Additionally, Ashleigh has experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Studio Pilates International and has completed Mini MBAs in Brand Management and Marketing. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing & Management from Griffith University.
