Currently serving as a UX/UI Manager at Flight Centre Travel Group, Hans has played a vital role in a global transformation program focused on enhancing travel booking systems. As a Community Lead for UX Brisbane and a Product Strategist at HansEinner, Hans demonstrates a commitment to design excellence and community engagement. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at intelliHR, where Hans established a Design Thinking practice, and Experience Design Consultant at ThoughtWorks, delivering enterprise design solutions. Hans' academic background includes a Bachelor of Multimedia Design in Interaction Design from The University of Queensland and an International Baccalaureate from Chatsworth International School.
