John Morhous

Chief Experience Officer

John Morhous serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Flight Centre Travel Group since May 2018, overseeing key projects and customer-facing product solutions for a global portfolio of corporate brands. Concurrently, John holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer for Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas, since May 2015. Previously, John was the CIO and Global Technology Leader at FCM Travel Solutions from November 2011 to May 2015, and held several roles at FCM Travel Solutions USA and The First Marblehead Corporation, including Director of IT Engineering. John's career began at Kaiser Permanente as a Developer, with additional experience as a Business Analyst/Developer at National Finance Corp. John Morhous earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1996 and 2000.
