Karen Charlton

Karen Charlton has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as Shared Services Leader and Business Analyst at Flight Centre Travel Group since February 2021. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Director of Travel Technology at CorpTrav from November 2019 to August 2020. From February 2005 to November 2019, Karen was the Director of Corporate Automation at ALTOUR, a full-service travel management company. Earlier in career, Karen worked as an International Corporate Travel Consultant at Carlson Wagonlit Travel for nearly eight years. Karen completed studies at Rasmussen University from 1994 to 1996.
