Kosta Laoudikos

Kosta Laoudikos is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Manager at Flight Centre Travel Group since October 2023, while also holding the position of Experience Design Lead at Griffith University since December 2021. Previously, Kosta has led experience design initiatives at Costa Coffee and CLiKD Dating App, focusing on collaborative environments, Lean UX, and Design Thinking methodologies. With a foundation in freelance UX and digital strategy from KostaLogic, Kosta has consistently championed user-centric approaches, including "Empathy Immersion" to better understand user experiences related to health and wellbeing. Kosta's earlier roles included Digital Design Head at 'nition Design and Digital Development Producer at TMP Worldwide, complemented by foundational experience in video production. Kosta holds a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Animation and a Bachelor of Multimedia from Griffith University.
