Tim Dougall

Tim Dougall is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and product engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Global Leisure at Flight Centre Travel Group since January 2023 and an UTS Ambassador at the University of Technology Sydney since July 2024, Tim has previously held senior roles at Youi Insurance, where responsibilities included leading Software Engineering and Digital Platforms, as well as managing Enterprise Digital Services at Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia, where a significant achievement included delivering a successful digital experience for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Tim's experience also spans key leadership positions at Fairfax Media, Legal Aid NSW, The British Museum, Autumn:01, and Credit Suisse, highlighting a solid foundation in software engineering and technology management. Tim holds an MBA in Technology from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Diploma in Information Technology.
