Romeo Cabras has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Romeo started their career at Swissport in 2003, where they performed checks on aircrafts and maintained their systems. Romeo then worked at Lear Siegler Services, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, where they inspected, repaired, and rebuilt UH-60A/L structures and flight controls.

From 2008 to 2010, Romeo worked at Maverick Aviation Group as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. In 2010, they joined DynCorp International as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician CFT, where they performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on UH-60A/L helicopters for the United States Army. Romeo also maintained aircraft phase books and records.

In 2012, Romeo joined Certified Aviation Services as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and worked there until 2014. Romeo then worked at Johnson Service Group, Inc. as an Aircraft Technician for seven months in 2015. Later that year, they joined Omni Air International as an Aircraft Mechanic.

Romeo's most recent position is at Flightcheck Commercial Aviation Services, where they have been working as a Station Manager since 2016. In this role, they ensure excellent communication, professionalism, and positive customer service. Romeo monitors and tracks quality standards and conducts vendor audits. Romeo also takes care of administrative duties and training new technicians.

Romeo Cabras began their education in 2001 at Honolulu Community College, where they completed a Certificate of Completion in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. Romeo then pursued further education at the Aviation and Electronics School of America in 2005, where they studied Radar Communications and Systems Technology. In the same year, Cabras obtained additional certifications including the FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License from the Federal Communications Commission and an Airframe and Powerplant certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. In 2012, they attended AeroEd and received a General Familiarization degree specializing in 767-200/300ER Pratt & Whitney PW 4000/General Electric CF-6 engines.
