Emma Karlberg

Emma Karlberg is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including technology, aviation, and recruitment. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Flightradar24 AB since May 2022, Emma has contributed to one of the world's most popular flight tracking services. Prior to this role, Emma held leadership positions at Neonode as HR Director, Hays as HR Manager, Dinbox as Head of People & Culture, and Adecco in multiple capacities, including Business Unit Manager and Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the Life Science sector. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Örebro University.
