Tracy Bellew

Tracy Bellew currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at FlightSafety International, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at ONE Gas from February 2014 to August 2024, culminating in the position of Manager, HR Business Partner, along with responsibilities overseeing contract administration and employee relations. Prior to ONE Gas, Tracy held an HR Supervisor position at ONEOK from July 2011 to January 2014 and worked as an HR Executive Team Leader at Target from August 2005 to July 2011. Earlier career experience includes an Assistant Manager role at The Buckle from 2003 to 2005. Tracy holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern State University and possesses additional certifications in Apparel Design and Manufacturing Technology from Tulsa Community College and Tulsa Technology Center.
