Kyle Fischbach

Kyle Fischbach has had diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle began their career in research and engineering co-op positions at NEXTECH MATERIALS, LTD and SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. Kyle then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University. Following this, they joined JPMorgan Chase, where they served as a Technical Business Analyst and a Performance Consultant, focusing on process improvement and business analysis. Kyle later transitioned to Nationwide Insurance as a Business Consultant.

In 2018, Kyle joined NetJets, where they held multiple roles, including Application Owner for Corporate Administrative Services, HR Transformation Program Director, and Director of Business Consulting. Kyle led a $12 million global HR Technology transformation program, which included the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactor solution and seamless integrations with various systems.

Currently, they are working at FlightSafety International as the Director of Administrative Operations. In this role, they lead a team of HRIS professionals through a global HR transformation and established an operations team to address employee HR concerns. Kyle also establishes HRIS enhancement prioritization and release standards.

Kyle Fischbach has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management from The Ohio State University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Kyle also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, which they earned from 2002 to 2007. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Kyle attended Westerville North High School from 2000 to 2002, and Avon Lake High School from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they hold certifications in Business Architecture from the Business Architecture Center of Excellence and Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
