Paula Schaire

Paula Schaire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services at Flik Hospitality Group since August 1998, Paula has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s creative direction. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing and Design at FLIK Hospitality Group - Compass Group and Co-Chair of the Women's Leadership Network from 2010 to 2012. Earlier career roles include Merchandising Supervisor at Restaurant Associates and Manager of Staff and Marketing at Rocco's SOMA. Paula's academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art, Fine Art, and Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts, along with an MFA candidacy at San Francisco State University.
