Peter Ziolkowski

Peter Ziolkowski is a dedicated culinary professional with extensive experience across various kitchen environments, including corporate kitchens, fine dining, and catering. They began their career as a dishwasher in high school and quickly progressed through roles such as garde manger and prep cook, eventually becoming an executive chef and general manager. Currently serving as the Regional Executive Chef for Flik Hospitality Group since December 2021, Peter oversees multiple locations and a significant culinary team, focusing on employee retention and high culinary standards. Peter holds an Associate's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from the New England Culinary Institute, which laid the foundation for their culinary journey.
