Andrew Willis has worked in a variety of roles in the media and video production industry. From 2006-2011, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Tisch High School Summer Workshop at New York University, High School Teaching Assistant at New York Film Academy, and Advanced Production Teaching Assistant at New York Film Academy. From 2008-2012, they worked as a Freelance Producer, Cinematographer at Freelance and Lighting Department Manager and Equipment Consultant at Adorama Rental Co. From 2013-2019, they were a Senior Operations Manager, Video, Studio Operations Manager, and Equipment Manager at Vox Media, LLC. In 2019, they became a Video Sales Consultant at Hunt's Photo & Video, where they created high quality video and written web content to be shared on social and native platforms, represented Hunt's on industry panels, live-streams, and conferences, and advised and collaborated with clients on a wide range of video, cinema, and photography projects. In 2020, they founded Tungsten Video Consulting. In 2021, they became a Senior Digital & Video Production Manager at Flimp Communications and a Broadcast Camera Operator at Worcester Red Sox.
Andrew Willis completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film & Television from New York University in 2008. In 2013, they earned a Certificate in Marketing from Hunter College.
