Melchior Mazzone

Melchior Mazzone is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IDS Service Delivery Lead at Flinders University, managing the IT Service Desk and Student IT support Desk since December 2007. Previous roles at Flinders University include Service Delivery Specialist and College IT Support Officer, providing front line and second-level support for audiovisual and desktop computer systems. Melchior has also contributed to the South Australian Country Fire Service as a Volunteer Firefighter and Group Communications Coordinator, overseeing communication and ICT needs for multiple brigades. Additional experience includes managing a website development company, co-directing Dream Labs with a focus on website design and development, and teaching IT at Mount Barker Waldorf School.
