Daniel is currently working at Flink México as Brokerage Operations - Back Office and also as a Customer Happiness Agent. Previously, Daniel worked at Keywords Studios as a Player Support Agent, assisting video game players troubleshoot account issues and inquiries related to the game and purchases. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
