Hector Gerardo Ramírez has a diverse work experience. Hector Gerardo started their career at NTR Medios de Comunicación, where they worked as an Editor, Cameraman, and Host for various programs, contributing to content development and production. Hector Gerardo then moved on to IOS OFFICES, where they held multiple roles, including Community Host, Junior Manager, and Hospitality Host, gaining experience in customer service, sales, and event organization. Hector Gerardo then joined GRUPO GONDI as an Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, where they managed administrative tasks, organized training sessions, and implemented internal communication strategies. Hector later returned to IOS OFFICES as a JR. Manager and Key Account Manager of Shell México, responsible for maintaining client relationships and overseeing office operations. Currently, they are working at Flink México as an Office Manager and Culture & Engagement specialist, focusing on creating unique experiences for employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Hector Gerardo obtained a bachelor's degree in Ciencias y Técnicas de la Comunicación between the years 2009 and 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Relaciones Públicas y Publicidad from 2014 to 2016, still at the Universidad Autónoma de Durango.
