Philippe Gratton

Philippe Gratton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Philippe worked at Flinks starting in 2018, where they held the positions of Head of Product, Senior Director Of Engineering, and currently serves as the VP of Engineering. Flinks is a data-driven technology partner that provides access to Canadian Financial Institutions. Prior to Flinks, Philippe was the Web Team Lead / Scrum Master at Desjardins from 2011 to 2018. Philippe also worked as an Admin and WebMaster at ProgArchives.com from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, Philippe had various roles at Intact Financial Corporation, TechSolCom, Hydro Québec, Nstein Technologies, Cofomo, and Rona as a developer, team lead, and consultant from 2004 to 2011.

Philippe Gratton received a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Université de Sherbrooke, completing their studies from 1996 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Philippe obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Service conseil Mindcore in September 2017, a Management 3.0 certification from Pyxis Canada in March 2017, and a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2016.
