Liam Cullen

Liam Cullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy, management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently a Partner at Flint Global since January 2023, Cullen also serves as a Non Executive Director for the Central Remedial Clinic, which supports individuals with disabilities. Previously, a decade-long tenure at GSK culminated in roles as Head of Corporate Policy and Director of External Affairs and Public Policy, where Cullen shaped corporate policy and government relations. Other notable positions include CEO of the Irish Foster Care Association and Special Advisor to the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs. Cullen began a career in research and advisory roles with organizations such as Fianna Fáil and the U.S. Department of State. Educational qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Galway and a Master’s degree in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin.
