Britlynn Mracek

Britlynn Mracek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Britlynn started their career as a Summer Student at Divestco Inc. in 2012 and then worked as a Geologist in Training at Elswick Energy Ltd. from 2014 to 2015. Britlynn later transitioned to the fitness industry, serving as an Assistant Manager at Orangetheory Fitness in 2015 and then becoming a Manager at Orangetheory Fitness Canada from 2018 to 2020.

In 2016, Britlynn joined CMAG Engineering as a Geologist and worked there until 2018. Britlynn then moved to Divestco Geoscience in 2019, where they served as a Sales Executive until 2022.

From 2022 to 2023, Britlynn held two consecutive Business Development Manager roles. The first was at Jalco Industries Inc, where they sourced and qualified opportunities and maintained customer relationships. The second was at Kinetic Industrial, where they focused on growing structural and mechanical construction, generated new customer relationships, and served as a liaison between customers and operations.

Most recently, in 2023, Britlynn joined FLINT Corp. as a Business Development Manager.

Britlynn Mracek attended Mount Royal University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology/Earth Science, with a focus on the general field of study.
