Jelaney Derkach (Sargent)

Jelaney Derkach has extensive experience in health, safety, and environment (HSE) coordination, currently serving as the Senior Corporate Safety Program Coordinator and WCB Claims Manager at FLINT Corp. since March 2015. Prior roles include HSE Coordinator at ShawCor CSI Services and Pillar Resource Services Inc., and HSE Representative at Sargent General Contracting. Jelaney's professional expertise encompasses compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) regulations, training program management, safety inspections, and the development of safety documentation and procedures.
