Juha Lilja

Juha Lilja has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Juha began their career as a Trainee at Cubix Ltd in 1998, followed by a brief stint as a Substitute Teacher at Kouvolan seudun ammatillinen oppimiskeskus. In 1999, they worked as an IT Administrator at Kouvolan seudun kuntayhtymä before transitioning to Kymen Lehtimedia, where they served as an Administrator Trainee from 1996 to 2002.

Lilja joined Flint Group in 2004 and held various positions throughout their tenure. Juha started as a Technical IT Manager (Finland) and later assumed the role of Global Support IFS. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Manager of the Competence Centre IFS. Following this, they worked as an IT Project Manager from 2012 to 2014, and subsequently as an IT Security Officer and IT Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became a System Architect and later transitioned to the role of Head of Master Data Center of Excellence in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Security & Architecture since November 2019.

Overall, Juha Lilja has extensive experience in IT management, project management, security, architecture, and data management.

Juha Lilja completed their Master of Engineering degree in Software Engineering and ICT at Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 1999 to 2006. Juha also holds a Certificate of Vocational Skills in Information Technology from Kouvolan seudun ammatillinen oppimiskeskus, which they earned from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Juha has certifications as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, obtained in January 2018, and as EurIng from FEANI, obtained in 2013.
