Justin J Fitzgerald has extensive experience in educational and athletic programs, currently serving in multiple roles at Flint Hill School since 2013, including Director of Summer Programs and Trips, Alumni Relations Coordinator, and Head Coach for Girls Varsity Lacrosse. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Director of Operations at Lax World Virginia from 2006 to 2013, where responsibilities also encompassed team sales representation. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from George Mason University and has pursued additional education at Roanoke College.
