Melissa Holder-Murray

Melissa Holder-Murray, Esq., SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Flint Hill School, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the Archdiocese of Washington, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Employee Relations and Recruitment to Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist II, focusing on employee relations programs and managing recruitment processes. Melissa has an extensive legal background, having practiced as an Employment Counsel at Viacom, an Associate Attorney in Labor and Employment at Proskauer LLP and Seyfarth Shaw, and as a Contract Attorney with various legal placement agencies. Melissa's early career included a judicial clerkship in the DC Superior Court. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Howard University, as well as studies at the University of London.
