David Lindsey

David Lindsey is the current FSPA Chair and Voice Department at Flint Institute of Music. Prior to this, they were an Aural Skills Instructor at Saint Xavier University from August 2014 to August 2019. David has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Owens Community College from June 2007 to July 2008, where they taught introductory music theory, class piano, aural skills, and chorus.

David Lindsey received a Doctor of Musical Arts in Music Performance from Michigan State University, a Master's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Ball State University.

David Lindsey works with Delaina Oberman - FSPA Chair, Percussion Department, Sam Richardson - FSPA Chair, Theatre Department, and Dilek Engin-Stolarchuk - FSPA Chair, Strings Department. David Lindsey reports to Dare Stogner, FSPA Program Coordinator.
