Vladimir Poletaev

Vladimir Poletaev has over 20 years of experience in software development and management, currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Flintfox since August 2011. In this role, Vladimir leads a team of developers, leveraging agile methodologies to design and architect enhancements for various projects, while also mentoring junior staff. Prior to Flintfox, positions included .NET Developer roles at TEHNOS-K where Vladimir contributed to the development of banking system modules for "XBANK," and System Administrator at R.O.S.semstroy, managing server and network infrastructure. Vladimir holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Automation of Physical Installations from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and a Technician degree in Computer and Automation Systems Software from Moskovskij Priborostroitelnij Tehnikum.
