Febi Sri Ekawati

Febi Sri Ekawati has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Recruitment Specialist at PwC in 2011. Febi then moved to 3M in 2012, where they held the same role. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously: Recruitment and Training Coordinator at B. Braun Medical, and Recruitment Consultant at Kelly. In 2019, they took on the role of Global HR Solution - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cargill, where they provided full cycle Talent Acquisition services for five different Business Units in Indonesia and was involved in ad-hoc hiring and HR projects within South East Asia. In 2020, they held two roles: Recruiter at Warung Pintar, and Regional Human Resources Consultant at Oriente. In 2021, they joined Korn Ferry as a Recruitment Business Partner. Currently, they are working at Flip and RevoU in 2022, where they hold the roles of People Acquisition and Business Partner Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Flip, and Career Coach at RevoU.

Febi Sri Ekawati has a Master Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran.
