Holly Nieuwendijk is an accomplished Training and Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience in content strategy, design thinking, professional writing, instructional design, and project management. As the owner of Illumination Communication LLC since September 2009, Holly specializes in creating marketing, communication, and training programs that enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Performance Improvement Consultant at UpStream, Holly utilizes the Gnowbe platform to develop interactive training tools aimed at addressing chronic disease management. Additionally, as Chief Learning Officer at FLIP, Holly supports clients in adopting micro-learning solutions.
