Caroline Champa has had a diverse work experience since 2011. Caroline began their career as a Student Liaison for the Student Health Advisory Council at Xavier University in 2011. Caroline then became an ESL Volunteer Tutor for the Academy of World Languages in 2011. In 2012, they were a Research Assistant for Amy Saling-Untied at Xavier University, and a Shift Leader for Kidd Coffee-Tylersville. In 2013, they were a Scheduling and Clerical Specialist II and an Undergraduate Observer and Assistant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Caroline also became an Academic Tutor for Evanston Academy in 2013. In 2015, they became a Patient Access Representative at OhioHealth. In 2016, they began their role as a Commercial Lines Underwriting at Grange Insurance. Caroline then became a Senior Technical Support Representative and a Billing & Loss Reporting Hybrid at Grange Insurance. Finally, in 2020, they became a Client Success Manager at Flipcause.

Caroline Champa holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Xavier University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Caroline also holds an Insurance Agency License- Property & Casualty from the State of Ohio, which they obtained in November 2017.
