Deepika Gupta is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies, including Flipkart, Xiaomi India, Hewlett Packard, and IBM India Pvt Ltd. Currently serving as the Director Minutes Planning Head at Flipkart, Deepika is focused on customer demand planning and inventory management. Past roles include Associate Director responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning, Senior Manager II overseeing retail policies and vendor operations, and Spare Parts Supply Chain Manager at Xiaomi.
