Karthik Selvaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Director at Flipkart since September 2014. Karthik has led multiple facets of central operations, fulfillment, and logistics within one of India's largest e-commerce platforms, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational efficiency in the fashion sector, returns, and mother hub operations across the South Zone. Prior to Flipkart, Karthik refined industrial engineering strategies at Coats, Hutchinson Technology Inc., and Estee Lauder, implementing continuous improvement methodologies and optimizing manufacturing processes. Karthik holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and is furthering expertise through an Advanced Executive Program in Data-Driven Supply Chain Transformation at the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
