Hilary Fender

Hilary Fender currently serves as Associate General Counsel and previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Flipp since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate in Financial Services and Articling Student at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from September 2015 to May 2019 and August 2014 to June 2015, respectively. Hilary's early career involved working as a Research Assistant at Osgoode Hall Law School from April 2012 to April 2013 and as an Art Instructor at Camp Ponacka from 2007 to 2011. Hilary earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School (2011-2014), participated in an exchange program at the University of Copenhagen in 2013, and obtained a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen's University (2006-2010).
