Tolu Ekujumi, MMSc, CSPO, serves as the Insights and Analytics Lead at Flipp since November 2022 and operates as a Business Analyst and Product Manager at SkillHat. In this dual role, Tolu is responsible for creating surveys, conducting interviews, and documenting business requirements for a fitness app, in addition to collaborating with the Scrum Team on product vision and scope. Previously, Tolu spent over six years at Loblaw Companies Limited, progressing from Category Manager to Senior Business Analyst, where significant contributions included leading a market share growth strategy, driving successful project roadmaps, and enhancing profit margins through effective stakeholder engagement. Early career experience includes customer service at RONA and a placement at ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development. Tolu holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Distinction from the University of Toronto.
