Carolyn Phipps

Carolyn Phipps is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical client implementations and operational leadership. Currently serving at Flipt since February 2020, Carolyn has played a key role in positioning the startup for a successful exit and expanding its product offerings while integrating technical solutions for a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this, Carolyn founded Phipps Consulting, where entrepreneurial expertise was utilized to develop scalable technology and operational infrastructures for startups and growing organizations from May 2014 to June 2019. Carolyn's career also includes a significant tenure at Express Scripts from November 1996 to March 2014 as a Senior IT Manager, managing engineering teams and overseeing multi-million dollar project delivery. Carolyn holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
