Vinay Voorakarnam

Vinay Voorakarnam has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Currently, they are the Sr Director of Engineering at Flipt, where they are responsible for launching a new self-service platform. Prior to this, Vinay worked at CVS Health as a Senior Manager of IT Systems, overseeing the development and support of mission-critical applications. Vinay also founded and served as the CEO of Rarus Innovations LLC, an EdTech startup focused on delivering learning solutions. In addition, Vinay worked at SUMCO as a Program Manager, where they implemented project management practices and led a disaster recovery program.
