Principal Engineer at FLIR Systems

David Ovrutsky began their work experience as an Integration Engineer at Shellcase in 2001, where they played a key role in developing new packaging methods and configurations, conducting engineering and R&D experiments, and leading projects for yield, reliability, capacity, and cost improvement. David then worked as a Product Development Manager at Shellcase in 2005. In the same year, they joined Tessera Israel, LTD as an R&D Manager. In 2007, they became a Principal Engineer at Tessera. Most recently, they worked as a Principal Engineer at FLIR Systems starting in 2013.

David Ovrutsky completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (Ms.) degree in Physical Chemistry, completing this program between 1995 and 2002.
