Rikard Thunell

Rikard Thunell has extensive work experience in sourcing and strategic planning, with roles at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated and FLIR Systems. Rikard currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated since May 2021. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at FLIR Systems, including Vice President of Sourcing & Strategic Planning, Director of Sourcing & Supply, and Manager of Sourcing & Supply. Before joining FLIR Systems, they worked at Ericsson AB as a Product Area Manager and Manager of Inbound Supply & Support. Rikard also has experience in economic/statistic roles at Statistic Sweden. Rikard began their career at Ericsson Mobile Communications AB as the Manager of Global Forecasting.

Rikard Thunell pursued their education at the University of Gothenburg from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Economics & Statistics. Later on, in 2011 to 2012, they attended the KTH Executive School, where they studied Industrial Management.
