Elisabeth Wierczoch

Elli Wierczoch has a diverse work experience in various roles related to people experience, culture and diversity, organizational change, and HR transformation. Elisabeth is currently working as a Team Lead for People Experience at Flix, where they focus on creating an ideal work environment for individuals to thrive. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager for Culture, DEI, and Future Work at Zalando, implementing inclusive practices and promoting adaptability and innovation. Elisabeth also worked as a Management Consultant at Semler Company, providing strategic guidance and coaching for enhancing organizational performance. Elli has a background in HR transformation and talent management, having worked as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Elisabeth started their career in employer branding consulting at diffferent and contributed to the establishment of the HR department at N26 Group. Elisabeth also has experience in active sourcing and interned in HR management at GE Healthcare.

Elisabeth Wierczoch, also known as Elli, has a diverse educational background. Elisabeth recently started studying at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität, where they are pursuing a degree in Systemische Organisationsentwicklung & Change Management. This program will take their from 2021 to 2024.

Prior to that, Elli completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business & Consulting from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. This degree was obtained between 2015 and 2017.

Before their Master's degree, Elli attended HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences. During their time there from 2010 to 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies of Global Management.

In 2013 and 2014, Elli also had the opportunity to study at Universidade Federal da Bahia, focusing on Business Administration.

Additionally, Elli has obtained several certifications. Elisabeth holds a SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management 2018 certification. Furthermore, they also earned a TOEFL ibt certification.
