Dzmitry MacHalau

Dzmitry Machalau is an experienced engineering manager currently at Flo Health Inc. since June 2023, previously serving as a principal software engineer at Dyson from January 2017 to June 2023. During the tenure at Dyson, Dzmitry held various roles, including mobile engineering manager, where responsibilities included developing the technological vision for the Dyson Link iOS app and overseeing mobile app development processes. Prior to Dyson, Dzmitry worked as a creative technologist at EGGS Design and as a software engineer at iTechArt Group, gaining skills in technical design, development across multiple platforms, and team leadership.
