Shalisa Ogeer

Shalisa Ogeer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information governance, risk management, and information security. Currently serving as the Information Governance and Assurance Lead at Flo Health Inc. since January 2022, Shalisa successfully led the implementation of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, achieving dual accreditation for the first fem tech company. Previous roles include Information Risk Manager at Thomas Miller and Risk and Controls Lead at Shell, where Shalisa managed various projects focused on information security and risk transformation. Shalisa's expertise is further demonstrated through significant contributions at Genesis Housing Association and British Gas, leading to ISO 27001 accreditation and building a risk culture, respectively. Educated with an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a BSc in Business Information Technology from London South Bank University, Shalisa possesses a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of information security.
