Taylor Rumm has worked at a variety of companies since 2015. Taylor began their career as an Actress at Ramona's Model and Talent, LLC in 2015 and Take 3 Talent Agency in 2016. In 2018, they became a Student Intern at Transfer Admission and Enrollment Services at Loyola Marymount University. In 2019, they worked as an Audience Coordinator for The Bachelor, Production Assistant for The Bachelorette, and Social Media, Booking, and Production Intern for Young Hollywood. In 2020, they were a Talent Relations Intern at FOX Sports. In 2021, they were a Brand Partnerships & Influencer Relations Assistant at Fabletics. Currently, they are a Social Media Manager at Centrality Physical Therapy & Wellness and a Marketing Specialist, Content Production at O Positiv.

Taylor Rumm attended Loyola Marymount University from 2017 to 2020 and received a degree in Communication Studies.
