Roberto Weidmann Menezes has worked in various roles in the software engineering industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Systems Analyst at the Universidade Federal Fluminense - Núcleo de Tecnologia da PROAC/PROPPi, where they developed web systems in Java and other technologies. Roberto also worked as a Game Developer (Freelancer) at Lucid Dreaming in 2008. In 2009, they became a Master's Degree Student at the Universidade Federal Fluminense, researching Software Engineering, Model-Driven Development and Metamodel's validation and verification. In 2011, they co-founded Novo Ideal, managing and developing web and mobile solutions. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at SLI Systems as a Software Engineer, Stone Pagamentos as a Software Engineer, Seequent as a Senior Software Engineer, and Magic Memories as a Senior Software Engineer. Since 2020, they have been working at Float.com as a Staff Software Engineer / Divisional Lead, Architecture & Strategy, and as a Senior Software Engineer.
