Michael Palodichuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Flock Freight since 2018, Michael focuses on scaling the analytics department to support rapid growth and drives innovation in frameworks, models, and metrics that enhance data integrity and efficiency. Prior to this role, Michael was a Project Engineer and Project Manager at ATA Engineering, contributing to aerospace projects for high-profile clients including NASA. Academic achievements include an MBA from UC San Diego's Rady School of Management and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, complemented by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
