Nicola Montagna

Nicola Montagna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Revenue Operations and Chief of Staff at Flock Homes since May 2022, Nicola has previously held key roles including Special Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration, where responsibilities included implementing the Paycheck Protection Program and the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. Additional experience includes financial operations roles during the Biden-Harris Transition Team and Biden for President campaigns, as well as positions at Pete for America and Uber, where Nicola excelled in strategic finance and operations. Nicola began a career in structured credit analysis at Apollo Global Management and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, complemented by a minor in Spanish Language and Literature.
