Jackie Fishbein currently serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at Flock Safety since October 2025. Prior to this, Jackie held various positions at athenahealth from January 2014 to October 2025, including Assistant General Counsel, where responsibilities included leading the legal commercial team and advising multiple business units on strategy and risk assessment. Jackie also gained experience at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP as an Associate, focusing on the Business & Finance - Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group, and at McDermott Will & Schulte as an Associate in the Corporate Advisory Practice Group. Jackie earned a B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
