Erika Ostrowski

Erika Ostrowski currently serves as the VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Sotera Health Company, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this position, Erika held the title of Associate General Counsel at FirstEnergy from December 2015 to January 2024, focusing on areas such as litigation, labor and employment, cybersecurity, privacy, environmental issues, real estate, tax, and information compliance. Experience includes a role as an attorney at Ulmer & Berne LLP from April 2009 to October 2015, specializing in business litigation, along with a summer associate position at the same firm and a law clerk role at the City of North Olmsted. Erika obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, magna cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law, after earning a bachelor's degree in English and Sociology, cum laude, from Cleveland State University. Early education includes studies at Universitatea din Oradea and Colegiul Naţional Mihai Eminescu din Oradea, which focused on French.
