Jennifer Lee Silva

Jennifer Lee Silva is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience across various industries, including law enforcement and hospitality. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Flock Safety, Jennifer oversees law enforcement initiatives. Prior roles include Transition & Training Project Manager at Sentral and Transition Project Manager at NetSuite, where Jennifer developed project plans, managed budgets, and coordinated cross-functional teams. Jennifer’s background also includes managing customer experience strategies at We're Not Really Strangers, implementing solutions for hotel operations at Oracle, and leading operational teams in luxury hotel settings such as Sunset Key Cottages and Eventi. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, as well as certifications in TEFL/TESOL from Cornell University and the Don Quijote Institute.
