Kerri Rouse is an accomplished professional in customer experience and banking, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Flogas Ireland since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kerri held the position of Enactus Country Manager Ireland for a brief period in early 2023 and spent nearly nine years at KBC Bank Ireland, where responsibilities included driving customer experience excellence as Head of Customer Centricity & Performance Excellence, managing change projects as Channel Development Manager, and establishing a new Retail Banking Hub as Branch Manager. Kerri's career also includes managerial experience at Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland, supported by a strong educational foundation from Queen's University Belfast.
